After we get the confirmation on the price from you, we can send you the sample for free as long as you bear the freight cost from your side. for another new design sample which be customized, we have to check and charge you some film developing fee and will refund to you when mass production. Normally it need 3-5day for the delivery.

5. Can you do the design and OEM to us?

Yes, we are the OEM manufacturer, you can provide us the design that you need, after confirmed the design and price from both party, we can start the mass production according to your requirement which is only special for your esteem.

6. How about the leading time for production.

Its depend on the order quantity and season you place for the order, normally it takes 3-5days for 1000pcs.

7. How about the payment term and MOQ？

Normally we accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. and our payment term is 30% deposit before production and balance before delivery. At least 3000pcs for MOQ of each shipment.

8. After sales service.

If any defective problem, pls send me the video or the maintenance report for our confirmation.
